Disabling USB port after the Safely Remove Hardware

If you have connected the USB-device to a computer running Windows 7, and then turn off the power "Device Manager" or "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" , using the icon in the system tray, you can watch one of the following symptoms: USB-device shows signs of continuing activities such as staying lit LED-indicator USB-device continues to receive USB-packs and continues to draw power as the proper active device. Physical disconnection disconnection or secure remote USB-devices may, in some cases, cause an error in the active transfer to another USB-device.

To correct this error you must do the following:

for a specific device.

1 Start the Registry Editor Win + R -> regedit -> Ok
2 Open branch HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM CurrentControlSet Control usbflags
3 Click in the appropriate section of the branch that is connected to your computer USB-device.
4 If you neohodimy section does not, create it.

4.1 Right-click on Usbflags
4.2 Select items Create -> Section
4.3 Specify the name of the new section as follows: Vvvvpppprrrr
Where Vvvv - 4-digit hexadecimal number indicating Vendor ID devices
Pppp - 4-digit hexadecimal number indicating Product ID devices
Rrrr - 4-digit binary-coded a decimal number denoting Revision number devices

4.3.1 Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Device Manager
4.3.2 Right-click on the selection you need and select Properties
4.3.3 Click the Information drop-down list and select hardware ID .

5 Create the open section HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE System CurrentControlSet Control usbflags vvvvpppprrrr option DWORD 32-bit with the name DisableOnSoftRemove < br/>6 Right-click the parameter DisableOnSoftRemove and select Change ...
7 In the text box Meaning: enter 1 and click OK.

3 Right-click and create a DWORD value named 32-bit DisableOnSoftRemove
4 Right-click the parameter DisableOnSoftRemove and select Change ...
5 In the text box Meaning: enter 1 and click OK.

Send an error message
If you find an error in the text, select it with the mouse and press Ctrl + ENTER, specify the correct text without error.
