Remedy from the event log: Unable to find a description for event ID 1904 from source HHCTRL

When establishing and using reading, navigating to different pages in the Windows Help file with the extension *. CHM event log message may appear:
"Can not find a description for event ID 1904 from source HHCTRL.".
This occurs due to improper system job security level for the Local intranet in the container of the help file.

To learn to see whether you have this error:

1 Open the Event Viewer snap
1.1 In the search bar, type the Start menu Eventvwr. msc and press Enter
1.2 Complete Control Panel All Control Panel Items Administrative Tools and open Event Viewer .
2 Left in the tree snap Event Viewer go Local Event Viewer -> Logs Windows -> Application
3 In the center window will be described events occurred with programs.

To correct this error, create and apply the reg-file as follows:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft HTMLHelp] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft HTMLHelp 1.x HHRestrictions] "OverrideLMZLinHHContainer" = dword: 00000001
